My wife called last week for an appointment, when I showed up we weren’t on the list. Said they could work it in, called at 3:30 probably not, would be first thing on Tuesday. Called at 4:30, alignm showed up we weren’t on the list. Said they could work it in, called at 3:30 probably not, would be first thing on Tuesday. Called at 4:30, alignment machine down, would be Wednesday. Last time I was in I had a 10am appointment, called at the end of the day and said they didn’t have time to look at it till the next day. Super helpful, responsive and quick. I’ve always been treated respectfully. I also love that all my maintenance reports on the carfax. My only problem is the cost.
