I came in because I was having issues with my windshield wipers not working on certain settings. I was pretty sure that I was outside of the warranty, but they told me that they would still look to see if I wipers not working on certain settings. I was pretty sure that I was outside of the warranty, but they told me that they would still look to see if I still had coverage. Thankfully they did. Other dealerships wouldn’t have taken the extra step so I am grateful for the level of service provided by Garber Chevrolet Saginaw. My appointment was a few hours after they opened and my Service Advisor made sure that the kept a spot open for me so I wouldn’t have to be there any longer than I had to. More

My overall experience was good however, the initial interaction was disappointing. I had scheduled a 10:00AM appointment for my repair and it was not looked at until 3:00PM the next day! Why would you offer appointment scheduling if you are not able to meet the time scheduled or at least within an hour or two of the appointment time. I was thankful I choose not To wait when I brought my vehicle in if I had this review would not be favorable at all. More
