Process seemed to come with some hangups not having tools available, however I feel it could have been avoided from the start by explaining that. In addition the process took a bit long. Then when the service was performed, there were delays resulting in a near 3 day process and there are still minor issues. I dont want to have to bring it back in again to be fixed or adjusted. More
