The sales person was excellent but the finance person, not so much. The sad part about the whole experience was that we didn't even finance through the dealership and she still didn't get the paper work r not so much. We felt a bit rushed and there was allot of urgency to get us to "sign". I know there's allot of competition for sales and we were in the market. We loved the vehicle. This is our second Jeep Grand Cher get us to "sign". I know there's allot of competition for sales and we were in the market. We loved the vehicle. This is our second Jeep Grand Cherokee so we knew what we were buying. I actually never went into the dealership. I signed everything online due to work and time frame. My wife ended up there helping in person. Kyle got it done and we are happy with it. I guess it was easier on me because we did it all over the internet or phone. Trish was the hero being up at the dealer and getting me to do what was needed for Kyle. I would definitely call Kyle again. He did a great job. More
