The easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had. To whom it may concern, I posted my vehicle on Autotrader.com as I was interest in trading my vehicle in. On 4/29/2014 I received a phone call from a man named John Karwat at Garber in Saginaw. He asked me to come in later that day to see what the trade in value would be for my vehicle. My friend and I met John later that afternoon and he was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He asked me exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, took myself and friend around the lot to make sure I looked at every car to see if I wanted to test drive it or not, and when I found the one I wanted he explained everything to me about the car. After the test drive I knew that was the vehicle I wanted. John asked me if I wanted to test drive any other vehicle and wanted to make sure I had made up my mind about the Dodge Avenger I test drove. He then took more information down about what I wanted in the car and was told how much I wanted to spend. The following day John was in constant contact sending updates, photos, and details about the cars that were coming to the lot. I was set on buying a used vehicle as I didn't think I could afford a new one. John showed me a used car that I loved but had too many miles on it. He told me to not worry and that he was trying to get me into a vehicle. I was hesitant but John thought he could do it. Later in the afternoon I was sent a picture with a message stating it was a brand new Dodge Avenger and that it was in my budget. I was in awe as I didn't think that it could happen. The car was also one of the colors I told John I wanted and had every feature I asked for. I was beyond excited!! John made the purchase extremely easy as he took most of the information over the telephone. When I arrived to the dealership I saw my new beautiful car and didn't believe it was mine. John had every document ready for me to sign; I was in and out of his office within 20 minutes! John explained every document I signed and made it so easy for me. He was great to work with. He listened so well to what I wanted and didn't want. He didn’t try to sell me a car I couldn't afford or wouldn't love to drive. With a lot of dealerships they try to sell you an overpriced car or a vehicle you don't want and he did nothing of the sort. I would instantly go back to him to buy another vehicle and would recommend him to anyone!! I definitely wasn’t the easiest customer to please but I want to thank John Karwat for the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had and to Garber!!!! More

Pete and his team treated me very well. I was looking at Ford and Toyota models and ended up stopping in to see what their new store had to offer. What a great experience. Great store.
