Talk about fast and easy I as well as many people out there do not like going to deal on a new car. I hate being hounded and lied to. I started off my day looking on the lot I as well as many people out there do not like going to deal on a new car. I hate being hounded and lied to. I started off my day looking on the lot for like 10 minutes and not a certain person came out to me. I thought wow this is weird. So I went in to ask for information on the Dodge Grand Caravan. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful even apologized because she had to keep answering the phone for the trouble. I had no problem waiting for her to help me. Shoot I had thought I was going to spend the whole day shopping for cars. Anyways she got Robert to come and help me. He said they had no literature on the van but asked me to come to his office and look at the computer of their inventory. I was looking for a vehicle about $25,000 and imagine my surprise when he was showing me $30,000 and said we should have no problem getting that down after incentives to your range. So moments later I was test driving a Van for my wife that was a very good driving vehicle. When we talked what it was going to cost me they originally came out to high as expected but Robert never stopped seeing what he could get me. After three offers they cut $52 off the monthly payment for me to buy that car. Shoot at one point I told Robert I was going to lunch. I think he knew as well as I did I wouldn't be back. Well he went back and got it done. In the past I always hated it when the manager would come out with every excuse in the book as to why they can't lower the price. I did not even see the manager until after the deal which was great in my book. I was very impressed with the calmness and how easy the process was. Believe me I get stressed easily and have walked out upset many times before. I thank them for making this my only stop and not having to do the process over and over. Shoot I drove away with the vehicle within hours of getting there. All paperwork done included. I would definitely recommend this dealership on all categories. In about another 2 years I will be purchasing another vehicle I hope it will be as easy as this one was to get. I like not being stressed. More

His attitude showed me he really cares about his customers and his job. He made me feel very comfortable when asking questions. He listened to me, made eye contact and smiled. He thoroughly checked out my current vehicle to give me the best trade in value. He checked with the Sales manager, Dustin, before giving me the final price to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I made the decision to buy the vehicle and spoke with the Finance Manager, Peter, to get all the figures and sign paperwork. The whole process went very smoothly and efficiently. After helping me clean out my old vehicle and putting the license plate on my new vehicle, Tom spent time going over all the accessories in the car. He made sure I knew what every knob and button was for and showed me all the functions on the touchscreen. He even set up my smart phone! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The car was spotless inside and out and I had a full tank of gas as I drove off the lot. He assured me if I ever have any questions about the vehicle I could call him for answers. I have only had the car two days and already I received a "Thank you" email from him. I was never out of the loop as to what was going on during the whole process and never felt rushed or pressured.
