I was very unsatisfied with the service that was rendered to me. I have a lifetime warranty on all major parts of my 2011 Town and country Chrysler. The cost of repairs was $1, 799 which I would have to cover out of my own pocket. I call the warranty department myself and they told me that they had no record of anyone calling to check on my warranty.. After making Several calls I was told that the repairs was covered by the warranty. I was told to go on and pay out of my pocket and that they would reimburse me for the cost. The service department kept my vehicle for 3 months claiming that the part was on l back order. And they had no idea when they will get it.in. And they refused to give me a loaner. After the repairs was done I went to pick up the vehicle and payed the cost of the repairs which was 1,799. But Larry told me that the vehicle was not safe to drive off the lot because it needed front brakes which will cause me another $600 to repair. More
