So I specifically asked for an appointment with him. It was a GREAT experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He quickly helped me make all the decisions I needed to make. Within a few hours, the process was complete and the car was ordered. I wanted a white Forrester which he had to look for. Within a day he had found one. He had predicted with options would be most likely available so his cost estimate was spot on. The pick up went extremely easily. Brent is very patient. And he has called several times to make sure all is well. Which is is! I HIGHLY recommend working with Brent. More

Our salesman, Brent Venishel, went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we wanted with the extras we requested. There were several Legacys on the lot with different packages, and he took the time to explain what each had or didn't have. There were a couple options the one we selected didn't have, and Doyles installed them at a reasonable cost and in little time prior to us picking up the car. When we did pick up the car, Brent sat and explained to us how to use all the new technology it has. We love the car, and overall Brent and the people at Doyles made buying it there a great experience. Fabulous help with new high-tech features of my new Impala I have had my new Impala LTZ for two weeks and found all the new features are a lot to deal with as I am a senior. He spent a lot of time going over everything and I was amazed that with his help all went very well. A Cut Above the Rest I've found that there's a significant difference between knowing ABOUT a car and KNOWING a car. That was never more evident than when looking at the Subaru WRX. The first dealership I talked to about the WRX was friendly and knowledgeable, but the salesperson didn't really know more than what was on the spec sheet. It just sort of felt like I was the next in line at the DMV and they were just telling me things I could read off the Subaru website. They knew ABOUT the car, but that's where it stopped. When I got to Doyle and sat down with Brent, it was clear he KNEW the WRX because he owned one. He was able to give me more insight into the car than a spec sheet could ever tell me. He didn't balk when I told him I was a few months away from pulling the trigger and offered to answer any questions I might have. When the day did come to buy the car, I was amazed at how quick and painless the process actually was. There was no haggling, just a fair offer. They even matched the trade-in offer on my car from another dealership. With the custom order placed, Brent kept me in the loop along the way as I waited for the car to arrive and answered every question I peppered him with. I've owned the car for almost 2 weeks now and it's everything I hoped it would be and more. Brent was the reason I bought my car at Doyle, he's the reason I would tell anyone to go see him at Doyle if they're looking for a car, and he's the reason I'd go back to Doyle in a heartbeat to buy another Subaru.
