Rencent work on my 2016 outback @60 k Some work not done well...sloppy etc. Sonja and especially Brett stepped up and made everything right......ater the the work in engine compartment...I found a filthy m well...sloppy etc. Sonja and especially Brett stepped up and made everything right......ater the the work in engine compartment...I found a filthy mess by tech...plus my steering wheel was left crooked after alignment. Bought a used Outback from Garcia and it developed some issues, as might be expected from a used car with a fair amount of mileage on it. My service adviser, Brett Dylla, and the service manager, Billy Scribner, were both great to work with. They were patient, understanding, detail-oriented and efficient. It's easy to be happy with a new car that is still under warranty, but the mark of a great dealership is how they treat somebody who has issues with a used vehicle. For years I was a loyal Honda guy and owned a number of new and used Hondas, but the service became problematic and the folks in their service department became complacent and acted like they couldn't be bothered with my trivail concerns. I decided to try a Subaru and am very happy with that choice. Thanks to Brett and Billy, I'm now a convert to Subaru and expect to be a loyal Garcia Subaru customer for many years to come. Pamela was friendly, personable & professional in helping me out of my dilemma of needing a new car before my insurance stopped paying on my rental car. And then, of course, after you agree to a deal, you have to go see the dreaded Finance dept. But, then you meet Torie and she just put everything out on the table, explained all your options and let you decide. Never did she try to push anything on us and made sure, again, That car buying at Garcia Subaru North is truly the only way to get 100% customer satisfaction.
