I reached out to Garden City Jeep on a whim after seeing my dream vehicle advertised by Garden City Dodge on another website. Eric Ramos connected with me immediately to discuss all of my concerns. He did a video walk-around with me, took it upon himself to call several dealerships in my area who were willing to purchase my current vehicle, then conference called a shipping company with me (that one of his previous customers had used successfully) to hammer out shipping details for the new vehicle, even going so far as to negotiate a lower price with the broker on my behalf. Eric stayed connected with me the whole way, alleviating some of my anxieties around paperwork and timelines, and always texting or calling me back immediately. My favorite things about working with Eric: 1. Excellent communication. It’s not easy buying a vehicle from almost 600 miles away, but he made it go smoothly, enabling me to have full access to him whenever I had questions or concerns. 2. Friendly, warm, positive demeanor. In no way did I ever feel pressured or like I was being “sold”. He was simply excited for the opportunity to get me into my dream car, and worked hard to make that happen. 3. Honesty and integrity. I was sold a great product that I felt confident purchasing, and he disclosed everything about the vehicle before I decided to move forward with the purchase. 4. He’s a family person. That might not mean much to some in this context, but hearing how one talks about their partner and children speaks volumes to me about their character, and Eric is someone who very clearly puts his family first. I've now owned my beautiful SUV for almost five months and it is truly all I had hoped for. That wouldn’t have been possible without Eric’s help. I wasn’t sure if I’d get the color I wanted, especially since I was in a time crunch, but Eric went 👏🏼AB👏🏼OVE 👏🏼AND 👏🏼BE👏🏼YOND in getting me a beautiful jeep with more bells & whistles than I could ask for, well within my budget.
