Good experience at Garden City Dodge We decided that our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan needed to be replaced, so we visited Garden City Dodge to look into getting a new one. On our first visit We decided that our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan needed to be replaced, so we visited Garden City Dodge to look into getting a new one. On our first visit, we actually walked out when they made us what we felt was a very low offer on our trade-in. We explained that we would shop around and get back to them. A day or so later, our sales associate, Oscar called and told us they would increase the trade-in offer and also include some other discounts. Before returning to GC Dodge, we checked out a few other local Dodge dealers. Compared to Garden City, the sales people at the other dealers seemed either too pushy or not knowledgable enough. In the end, the multiple offers we had for the same vehicle were all in the same ballpark, though Garden City was the lowest. Ultimately we decided to go with Garden City because Oscar Haynes was patient, respectful, and informative throughout the process. What I have always hated about car dealerships is that too often people are trying to SELL me something. At Garden City, I didn't feel that way. I felt more like they were helping me BUY something. It may seem like semantics, but to me it's a big difference. More

I appreciated the help from Abdul and Tom Gradey regarding replacing a new GPS system for free after buying from here. They gave me great discounts and fulfilled on their promise when I felt most people would not because the sale was through already. Most dealers don't care about you after they make the sale, but this awesome team is amazing! Very satisfied...will recommend Also, Jose from service is awesome as well...he advised me even off the job site when I saw him and recognized him off the job. He also recommended me to get my service extended through Jeep because of the great service and free loaner cars offered. I will definitely be back for my oil changes for sure. More

On the financing end the experience was even more amazing. I believe it was Karen and she just kept working the numbers until we came to an agreement. In comparison to the other dealer that was like dealing with a loan shark, this was pleasant and professional. Without her effort I do not believe I would be in a new car today. So far I am very happy and I am confident that when the time comes to service this vehicle I will remain a satisfied client. More
