Every time we bring our jeep in for service they can never fix all the issues of concern they fix some but not all they also never look further into the vehicle when we leave there's always something el never fix all the issues of concern they fix some but not all they also never look further into the vehicle when we leave there's always something else related to the area they work on but don't fix ( under warranty) or even tell us they try and get more deductibles out of us and our warranty now I have been going to garden city jeep and before that bridge jeep for the last 15 years and all of a sudden today I have to pay for my rental upfront and they will reimburse me after 15 years wow the worst customer service ever and this all started when mike service advisor left then jimmy manager he was ok took care of us and now Tommy's gone and guess what I seem to be wasting a lot of money on rental and they even have there own rental cars but I can't use cause I bought from bridge jeep which is now garden city guess it's my fault they sold i have made a formal complaint to Chrysler about how they treat us and how my truck is old and a pain to work on but Chrysler sold me a bumper to bumper warranty sorry garden city jeep it's not my problem but I refuse to recommend your company you guys can't keep advisors or managers I have so many issues my letter to Chrysler was 6 pages long I hope if someone reads this they will avoid this dealer like the plague More
