I was at the dealership having my Jeep Liberty serviced. Although I was very unhappy with the Liberty,I did not think I would be able to get into another vehicle. We spoke about the car I was currently driving, he asked me some very pertinent questions about the reasons for my dissatisfaction with the Liberty, and then made some suggestions based on my answers. He really listened to what I said, and took those issues into consideration when suggesting the Compass. After test driving the Compass, (at his insistence) I was very comfortable entering into further conversation with Alix. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable about the various Jeep products available and sincere in his desire to get me into a car that I could be more comfortable in. If it weren't for Alix, I would have continued in the Liberty, continued to be unhappy and probably not returned to a Jeep product when it was time to get rid of the car. Because of Alix and his excellent suggestion, I am a happy, comfortable Jeep Compass driver. I have recommended Garden City Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge to a number of friends and family, and encouraged them to speak with Alix if and when they are ready to make a purchase. Upon me arrival I was greeted with the utmost respect and hospitality, my needs were their primary concerns from the start. He was very fourth coming with any and all information pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in. He immediately stopped what he was doing and provided me with a test drive to this SUV (Grand Cherokee Limited 4X4). This test ride made me more interested in the vehicle. His amazing effort of salesmanship was unsurpassed. Afterwards he explained and assisted me in familiarizing myself with the vehicle features as well as programing the vehicle on board computer. Also he took his time and was detailed in explaining each and every function of the vehicle. He also provided me with every possible finance and discount option available. This was truly a great visit at Garden City Jeep Dealership. The support staff was amazing as well. I was met with coffee while I waited during my trade in inspection. Mr. Anderson was a great listener and a real down to earth type of guy. He was the first and last person I spoke with as well as being able to walk me through each and every step of the purchasing process. He made me feel like family. Great guy. He really needs a raise in salary. If I had it like that I would've purchased another vehicle just on the experience. I recommend this dealership to everybody. More
