I've bought both a Dodge and a Chrysler from this dealership in the past 6 months and I have had amazing service both times. I went into to buy a used 2012 Chrysler 300. I got paired I went into to buy a used 2012 Chrysler 300. I got paired with James. I went to see the car and came back with a co-signer. We put down a $500 cash deposit (which we later found out we would receive a check in the mail next week). My co-signer has a credit score of 749. They couldn't get us approved. The sales person James called me and said I can go to a specific bank and they might approve us. He gave me a price over the phone. I called him back to confirm the number and the number had gone up by a $1500 (the sale price + $1,000 because I wasn't getting it financed through them, and my $500 deposit now included in the price just because). He wasn't even courteous enough to call me back and to tell me he gave me the wrong number. Now imagine if I had gotten a check with the first amount he gave me. So, I decided to just go get my deposit and go somewhere else because the lack of professionalism and the change of numbers. When I walked in the dealership and asked for him to give me the deposit back. I thought I was going to get the cash back (first time buying from dealer). He gave me and my dad this disgusting attitude when we expressed that he should of told us before hand that they would send a check back. I asked him to be courteous and he said "I'm trying". Really? You're suppose to be courteous regardless. Then we spoke to his manager and then he broke down everything for us and the price he gave us was about $800 cheaper. At this point I was already done with them. I waited two weeks and didn't receive my deposit and called in for it and they said it been sent out the previous week. I got it a week later with my co-signers name and my address which was wrong. So, I gave it to him to deposit anyways because his name was correct and they would cash it (I used to work for a bank). They cancelled that check and I found out today. Supposedly, someone called them and told them to stop it because the address was wrong. I'm not stupid and neither is my co-signer that we would deposit a check that has been stopped. I called in and spoke to the accountant which told me the check has been sent to my correct address with my co-signers name because he had called in and had asked for it to be changed. It didn't make any sense to because if my co-signer called in to get the check fixed wouldn't he had ask them to put his address on it. He got charged a bounced check fee. Accountant transferred me over to a manager, Tom. He basically backed up the bogus story and said someone called in and said that the check wasn't received (which I did) and asked for the address to be corrected. Why in the world would I call to tell them to change the address the same time I'm calling them to tell them I didn't receive the check? Very unprofessional. He knew the tale he was telling didn't make and sense and hung up on me. So, a month later and still no refund and probably won't be able to get the money for another two weeks and now I have to pay a bounced check fee. The place it self is rundown and you can tell they don't make any money. They got sales people dressed in Fila track suits, unprofessional supervisors, managers, and sales people. They think they're doing me a favor by selling me a car. I don't think so. I went a couple miles away to Bayside Chrysler and they treated me with respect regardless to my situation and got me approved for a brand new 2013 Chrysler 300. Do your self a favor and go there instead and stay away from these guys. More

When I came in to talk to a salesperson about my lease return and new lease I was happy to have had such a nice, knowledgeable young man to work with. He listened to my concerns. I told him where I needed to be payment wise and I told him the equipment I did and did not need. I was a little disappointed, at first, that when I picked up my van, it had black seats which I didn't want because I was afraid that they would get very hot in the summertime. I know it was a misunderstanding on his part but he didn't pressure me to take the vehicle. He said it was up to me and he would completely understand if I didn't want to take it. He would work on getting me exactly what I wanted. I respected that so much. I decided to take it as it really did look sharp with the black interior. He offered me free detailing every 6 months for the life of the lease. I could see how badly he felt. I did car sales and F&I years ago and he reminded me of me. I was always honest with my customers and felt horrible if I had made a mistake. Turns out, my kids LOVED the interior. See, things happen for a reason! I asked for a few business cards and would definitely refer my friends to Eddie and to Garden City Jeep Chrysler. I'd like to add that this is the 4th van I've purchased from this Dealer and my husband bought a Dodge Charge in 2011 from this Dealer as well. Everything went well during my initial visit. I learned what I needed to make an informed decision, was allowed to test drive the vehicle, and visit the lot to determine color choices as well.
