After our car became a victim of Sandy we needed a new one. We stopped by Garden City and met with Alix St. Fort. We decided to shop for a car at probably one of the worst times to do so without realizing it. Thankfully, we didn't lose any cars as a result of Hurricane Sandy, and when we decided to buy a new car in mid times to do so without realizing it. We needed a new car because we recently became a family of 5 and our SUV was quickly running out of space, and definitely wasn't convenient to get our three little ones in and out of their carseats. I did my research beforehand and the Chrysler Town & Country quickly made the top of my list. After checking out one other car dealership with a long line of people ahead of us, we decided to check out Garden City Jeep. Though it was just as busy there, the wait was pretty short, and once we met our salesman Jon Verrier, he quickly went to work to find us exactly what we wanted. They gave us a fair price for our trade, and we also feel like we got a lot of bang for our buck with the Town & Country. When we came to pick up our car, Jon was so helpful in going over everything (and there was a lot to learn!) about the car with my husband, and the finance manager, Tom, went over financing options with us that we hadn't considered. Like other reviewers have said, there was nothing pushy about anyone we dealt with, which was definitely a first for us with car buying. We will definitely be back in the future! More

Our 1 year old Jeep was flooded by Sandy so we immediately called Ken. He was just as professional and helpful as he was when we purchased our last 2 Jeeps. After Hurricane Sandy took my family's four cars, we spent crucial recovery time going to Garden City Jeep for a replacement car. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding. Adam helped us purchase a new Jeep Liberty and Tom was a very knowledgable finance manager. Everyone we encountered was warm, approachable, and not over-bearing. A salesman even picked us up from Rockville Centre (where we were stranded car-less during a gas crisis) to bring us to the dealership for our much-needed car. They're pretty stand-up guys. A few weeks later I went back to replace my destroyed car with a Jeep Wrangler. Both Adam and Tom were once again extremely helpful, knowledgable, and genuine. Adam was patient, hard-working, and helped me get what I wanted without having to compromise too much. He was honest and approachable. Tom encouraged me to make the best decisions for my financial situation. They felt like old friends giving me advice, but without pressuring me to make one decision over another. Everyone was easy to talk to and funny, yet professional and efficient. In the end, I felt so at home in this dealership I expect to be caricatured any day now.
