I just purchased a 2010 Chrysler Town&Country from this dealership and the experience was wonderful. The sales rep who assisted me, Jermal, was polite, knowledgable about the cars, and receptive to my needs and concerns. When it was time to discuss price, Jermal was eager to work with me to keep the cost within my budget constraints. I was very comfortable during the entire process, and at no time did I feel pressured to sign anything, nor did I feel that Jermal was trying to add anything extraneous to the deal. When it came time to pick up my new minivan, the price I was quoted was the price that I paid. There were no hidden charges or fees and everything was thoroughly explained line by line. Before I drove off the lot, Jermal demonstrated all the new features of my car. We fully expected there to be some kind of scam or fine-print, but the deal was legit! They gave us the car we wanted for the outrageously low price that was advertised. We had to be pretty firm with the finance manager as he was trying to raise our rates and make our payments higher, but we finally left with a price that we were very happy with. Our sales rep was also very patient, and helpful. Will buy from Jermal again! More
