My Jeep had so many issues. Tom Bolger the person who helped me, went over the diagnostic and the repair process. He was so nice attentive and called me multiple times to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend him if you are not familiarized with car issues. I thought my car will be ready in about a week (bc how big the job was) BUT I was wrong! They promptly fix the car and it was ready in two days. Thank you Tom for taking the time to go over my car issues in person and over the phone and again when I picked it up!

This place scams to void your warranty and make you pay don't buy here! I bought my new Jeep on 5/19/17 from Garden City Jeep and have had engine miss firing problems. I have brought in my Jeep a total of 12 times over a period of 2 years for the miss firing problem and they cant fix the problem. I went to pick up my Jeep today 12/3/19 and they handed me a bill for $526.00 and tell me my warranty is now void that I used the wrong gas E85. I told them that I have a BP card and only get gas there and BP don't sell E85. After the vehicle being brought in 12 times and after 2 years this is the lie they are going to come up with so they can void my warranty and charge me. And after they claimed they drained all the gas out and put their gas in the Jeep still has the miss firing problem and the engine light is still on. Do not buy a vehicle here they will lie and scam to void your warranty so you have to pay them money.

While we certainly empathize with your frustration regarding the issue that occurred with your vehicle, there are some very important details you neglected to mention in your review of our dealership. We would like to take the time to present the complete details regarding your case. Out of 12 visits, only 2 repairs were performed at Garden City Jeep. A different Jeep dealership located on Long Island performed the other repairs and they were unsuccessful in repairing the vehicle. Upon diagnosing your vehicle, we began a case with Chrysler Engineering, and they were able to get them to approve a fuel system flush as a goodwill because of all the numerous visits you had at that previous dealer. Upon Chrysler Corporation’s intricate findings, they determined that incorrect gas was put into your vehicle by you. They determined this by pictures that were taken and gas that was sent to the factory for review. Based on the repair history from here and other dealerships, Chrysler revoked the warranty, not Garden City Jeep. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Rivera and Dylan Doyle, two of the most professional Gentlemen I've encountered in a long time. I had a small issue that both tackled with such efficiency and made my experience at this dealership one to remember. I was so impressed with Angelo Montalvo and Jessica, their communication and knowledge spoke volumes of how well trained and diligent they are in performing at the highest levels at all times. Cannot praise this team of individuals enough, they have a customer for life!!!

"Fantastic service in an emergency"

The other night, my Renegade got stuck in a technology update loop in a parking lot in Garden City. A friend drove me over to GC Jeep, where I purchased it 2 years ago. Jonathan and Natalie listened to what happened, and then Jonathan drove over to my Jeep to get it started, and followed me back to the dealership to make sure it was OK. Before I could even ask what the next steps were, Jonathan had a service ticket filled out and asked me to wait inside for my ride home. Jonathan and Natalie took a situation that could have been a disaster and made it so much easier!

"THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT "

For the 3rd time I scheduled my Wrangler for service and had to wait month to get a loaner car. After waiting a month I the morning off from to drop the car off and go to work, only to be told that I didn’t schedule for a loaner. I the request to at least be give a ride to work 20 minutes away and was told that they couldn’t do that. I bought a 40k Wrangler and this is how they treat me. I would understand this happening once but not twice. I will never recommend this place to anyone
