Brought my CX90 in for service after making an appointment. Dropped the car off at 7:30. They ubered me home. Late that afternoon they called to tell me the car was ready. Due to personal constraints on the part of the leaser of Mazda CX30 Sales Mgr Canarick completed the transaction in 10 minutes for us to do a sign and drive. Great team work! More
Almost made a mistake buying a car from this Mazda dealership, I made a deal with Danny and Jack; we came back the next day to pick up my sons car we went to one of the finance offices and spoke to K dealership, I made a deal with Danny and Jack; we came back the next day to pick up my sons car we went to one of the finance offices and spoke to Kyle, he showed us complete different figures, he call Jack ,he said there is nothing that we can do about the fees $6,500 to pay taxes in a 36 months lease .......?... these guys think that everybody is stupid. Be aware about all these scammers. We went to a different Mazda and we ended getting 2 cars More
The fact that I only had this car for only six months and I keep getting service lights every couple of months is really annoying. Stay away at all costs, unscrupulous business practices by finance and management personnel. Was given good price but when went to finance they added $1995 to price, when questioned was told it is a bank c by finance and management personnel. I questioned th GM and he made some excuses about they made a mistake and he would refund the money. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS AND NO REFUND , JUST EXCUSES!!! I WAS TOLD THAT A CHECK WAS SENT TO FINANCE COMPANY , WHEN I CALLED MAZDAFINANCIAL WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT GET CHECK!!! AND IT TAKES OVER 30 DAYS TO HIT MY ACCOUNT, IN TODAYS WORLD OF TECH , OVER 30 DAYS FOR A CHECK TO CLEAR, WHAT ARE WE IN THE 18TH CENTURY? All I can tell you is they will call it a dealer fee, bank fee etc bogus CHARGES! Go there at your own risk!!! Also have email chain to prove , going to consumer affairs tomorrow mornig More

This was my first time in a Mazda dealership and I can honestly say it was the most honest and respectable dealership I have ever been too. Go see John Bonillo (Sales Representative) at Garden City mazda he is transparent concerning the process of buying/ Financing a vehicle. At no time did John make me feel pressured or forced to purchase a vehicle, and he took the time to answer all my questions. John gave me a tour of the facility and what they have to offer from service, waiting area, car loaner, etc. When being shown service I saw two technicians Krystin Ahearne and Ronald Gonzalez who were friendly and knowledgeable. I then met with Anthony Hunter (finance manager) to discuss the finance of my vehicle, and he was professional, and took time to answer all of my questions and explain everything line by line with no surprises. 10/10 service from start to finish!Words cannot express how grateful I am to Mazda of garden city!
