However, my overall experience with the dealership was more mixed. First, from start to finish, the entire process took six and a half hours. My understanding is that there was a delay due to my using of a signed lease document as proof of residency, so it's hard for me to say if this was appropriate or not. Furthermore, I was disappointed in the hidden fees that were disclosed to me by the finance department only after agreeing on a price with my sales representative. After I questioned this, we were able to come to a deal that I was comfortable with, but I still ended up paying more for the vehicle than I had originally expected. More
