The sales team was great! Provided a very fair price for the car. The finance team is where you have to be aware. We were all set to purchase the car at the agreed-upon price Provided a very fair price for the car. The finance team is where you have to be aware. We were all set to purchase the car at the agreed-upon price using the special 0.9% financing. The finance team tried to skip passed the details of the price, just saying what the monthly payment would be. As I insisted on the details, I discovered that they added a large loan origination fee, which changed the effective interest rate from .9% to over 10%, claiming it was in the fine print on the website. This is false advertising and deceptive. I ended up converting it into a maintenance package, but I was not happy. I have financed cars in the past and never paid an origination fee. More
