Mazda has come through for me over and over I have dealt with Mazda through 3 car leases. The first 2 were my husband's and the most recent one my CX-5 Signature. I've always experienced friendly and helpful staff. Upon the recent death of my spouse, Mr. Niles was very nice when I returned the leased car early. My current lease involved William Perez, and because I was so often at the dealership looking at cars, I got to know Bryan as well ;=) Howie in service helped clarify a few things for me and he and Giancarlo have been very kind in making sure all my concerns were addressed. My primary salesman, William is terrific and very knowledgeable. He never pressured me, had lots of time for all my questions pre and post contract. He helped me test drive a turbo and non turbo to compare drives. I must have been there 6 times at least and he was always fun to see and helpful above and beyond. Doing this on my own has been stressful, but the Mazda team has really been wonderful and patient and I am most grateful. I'll be doing all my service with them. More
