So honest It is rare to find honesty with many car dealerships but my experience today certainly was! I returned to GC Mazda for my 6 month oil change and had It is rare to find honesty with many car dealerships but my experience today certainly was! I returned to GC Mazda for my 6 month oil change and had my punch card allowing me a free change with me. I handed that in and went to wait in the customer waiting room. After a few minutes I was called back to Service where I was told by the mechanic that my car was very clean and did not need an oil change as I had put on very little mileage since my last oil change.. They reset the computer and told me to return in September. They even returned my punch card... so I can use that next time. I was very impressed with how honest and helpful they were. I learned of this website and felt I had to write a review to let others know how pleased I am with this dealership and the Mazda brand. It is my third one in a row and I am a loyal customer. More

Great experience overall Keith was wonderful and efficient when looking and purchasing the cx-9. With a new baby, I needed a new car that would fit 2 car seats and potentiall Keith was wonderful and efficient when looking and purchasing the cx-9. With a new baby, I needed a new car that would fit 2 car seats and potentially another person or 2 in back seats and a stroller and Keith was very helpful in making sure that the cx-9 would meet all my requirements. Always a pleasant experience I leased a new CX3 I Aug. 2017 from GC Mazda, and have had them service the car since that time. I can make an appt. online, they have weekend appts.
