I just purchased a pre-owned CX30 from the Mazda Garden City location. The facility is clean, modern and has a plethora of inventory. Was looking for a car for my son, just entered college, stopped by and was greeted by Marcus Van xxxx, a true gentleman. I asked what he had in stock, they had a large inventory to choose from. Marcus outl stopped by and was greeted by Marcus Van xxxx, a true gentleman. I asked what he had in stock, they had a large inventory to choose from. Marcus outlined all the current promotions and such. We identified a car and Marcus arranged to have it brought over to the dealer site the following day. Next day arrived, car was there as promised on time, CX50, Marcus also had a CX30 to test for comparison and a CX5 to look over. After many comparisons and such decided on a CX30 Turbo, actually the car was on the dealers showroom floor. Marcus arranged for us to take the vehicle that day, plates, insurance, financing, such a diligent person. All in all the dealership were a pleasure to do business with, thank you to Marcus and the team, would highly recommend. More

I arrived before they opened for a 8 am appointment for oil change and NYS inspection. Melanie in said multiple people “called out” and they are over booked because of holiday. When i made the appointment i didn’t request this specific week. Your employees call should be my problem? I bought my Mazda from another dealer and don’t plan on ever coming back here again for either maintenance or sales. The best part is I see multiple service workers walking back and forth in show room, smoking outside, getting bottles of water. 2hours and counting 🤬 More

This place had a Marine Corps veteran in their dealership on Veterans Day and tried to swindle me. Said there was absolutely no wiggle room on the car I wanted, but then offered a reduced price on a color co on Veterans Day and tried to swindle me. Said there was absolutely no wiggle room on the car I wanted, but then offered a reduced price on a color combo I didn’t desire. Was lied to countless times and when they were caught in the act they reduced the price even further to try to win me over. After all that was done I asked what the up front costs were and they added on $2875 for transportation and admin fees. This was going to be my 3rd lease and I’ve never been charged those ridiculous fees. I asked two other Mazda dealerships and neither charged the two fees. I demanded they refund my $500 deposit and took my money to one of the other Mazda dealerships who not even matched the price but did even better. Way to screw over a veteran in Veterans Day. More
