Sales and Service I bought my Mazda CX5 GT AWD in 2014. Cesar Reinoso was upfront and not pushy. The department is always kept neat as well. I do wish that they had a more modern facility but they really do try to keep you happy. By far the best dealership experience I've had and this is my 4th car. More

Every experience I had when I had come in for maintenance and dealt with the Service Dept. was pleasant, satisfying, prompt and affordable. (The discount coupons I got mailed certainly help my smile as well!) The quality of my 2015 Sport was dependable and sturdy, the design safe and attractive. When I was nearing the end of my lease, my first meeting was with Phil Tochterman. He was mindful of the needs I expressed, professional and reassuring as I assesed my alternatives. Returning to the dealership in November, Michael Gerlack and George Schultheis worked together to explain my options, offer suggestions, outline alternatives and ultimately move me up to the next level and into another Mazda3; this time a 2018 Touring model. I'm self-employed—a professional services vendor—and Phil, Mike and George (and Mike and Giancarlo in the Service Dept.) all demonstrated the same level of service that I offer my clients and appreciate when I find and receive it.
