Go out of the way to make customer happy I always have my Mazda serviced by Garden City Mazda, This was the first new Mazda I leased from the dealer and I feel they went out of their way to I always have my Mazda serviced by Garden City Mazda, This was the first new Mazda I leased from the dealer and I feel they went out of their way to accommodate my wife and myself for our new car. They made sure we were satisfied with our lease price and took our leased Mazda back a few months early so we wouldn't go over mileage with no penalty. We would definitely recommend Garden City Mazda for a lease or purchase. A big thank you to Michael for making the deal work and driving out with our new Mazda CX5 the same day. More

Customer service is terrible. Parts department was ok. Needs to be helpful to the customers, and stop being rude. I will never go back there. (Note: he might want to tone down the anti-ex-wife jokes. Those bordered on chauvinism and some crossed the line.) Negotiating was fine: this is when we learned Mike is not all laughing and jokes and had a true poker face. Nonetheless, I would buy a car from him again and recommend him to a friend. 5 out of 5 HOWEVER, if I could give a separate review of the contract process I'd leave 0 stars. The representative (I think her name was Barbara but she didn't introduce herself) we worked with nearly caused us to walk out the door and buy an Outback instead. No exaggeration; I was picking up my bag to leave when she returned after leaving us in her office for a period of time. I found her to be pushy, curt, and condescending. She was visibly annoyed that I wanted to read the documents I was signing but it was good that I did because our paperwork had the wrong name on it and the financing contract listed a price inconsistent with our negotiated deal. I got the impression that it was a huge inconvenience for her to recreate forms with our correct name. Zero stars. More

Our first NEW Car! Buying a new car can be a very stressful and intimidating experience, however, if you find the right salesperson it can be the total opposite of this. Buying a new car can be a very stressful and intimidating experience, however, if you find the right salesperson it can be the total opposite of this. For us, Joshua Niles was this salesperson. From our very first meeting, he was courteous, professional and warm. Not once did we feel pressured during our whole car buying experience. When we asked him how we could get rebates or discounts he was very forthcoming and told us exactly what to do. I never felt like he was trying to make a sale, instead, it always felt like he had our best interest at heart. We ended up meeting with Joshua a total of SEVEN TIMES! before finally making our purchase, and every time we met him he was just as pleasant as the last. He was extremely thorough in answering any of our questions and always answered our emails and text messages in a timely manner. Through his effort we were able to get the exact car we wanted and for a price that we felt great about. We have no doubt in our mind that Joshua is going to be whom we go to for our next car purchase. His professionalism and focus on customer service make him an invaluable member of the garden city Mazda team. More
