If you need to wrap your head around the features/packages he takes care to explain them without feeling rushed to make a decision. To give some context, based on my first leasing experience with William I was completely comfortable walking in for this new lease without a sidekick. (William won't show you the "vanity mirror" just because you're a woman shopping alone.) Even after the deal was done and he could've just walked away he helped me sort through porting over my sirius radio from one car to another. Bonus points all around. More

That guy was the worst but the customers and employees there didn’t seem to take him too seriously so I guess it’s ok to have a guy like that on board sometimes. Total professionalism from Mike though. Other than Michael being an extremely Incredible person to deal with, the service center was dated and the coffee machine was broken. Wasn’t really a fun place to hang around. I would still probably take my car to Huntington cause their service waiting room is more fun but Mike is the best service person around and that’s the only reason this dump gets top rating in my book.
