I had some questions about body work that were answered patiently and thoroughly. This is my 3rd service visit to GC Mazda and all have been positive experiences. I will certainly keep coming back, and if I decide to get another Mazda at some point in the future I will certainly start my search here. More

Great customer experience minus Finance I had a very good experience with Mimi as a salesperson and Mike as a manager. After walking away from the car at another dealership, Mike convinced m I had a very good experience with Mimi as a salesperson and Mike as a manager. After walking away from the car at another dealership, Mike convinced me to lease again (when I was dead set against it) and worked out the deal that was agreeable to me. My only disappointment was working with Karen in Finance. She wasn't able to upsell me on the available programs and extra coverage and was borderline unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable and it was an unfortunate way to really close out the process. I work in sales and understand the pressure to make a sale, but it's important to keep your cool and let the customer know you just have to explain the options etc. She outright made me feel like a moron for not taking an extended bumper to bumper warranty and told me that I will need to keep EVERY RECORD of EVERY oil change and service on the car over the next 36 months bc I didn't sign up for a $16 /month service fee. I have leased with other auto makers in the past and have NEVER heard of this. Consulted someone else who just leased a Mazda and they weren't told this policy. I feel like it was a scare tactic and I didn't appreciate it. More
