He was very patient with me, explaining the details of the vehicles I had in mind and he helped me choose the one that suited me best, given my situation and physical constraints. He never pushed or tried to influence my decision, but really wanted me to be comfortable with my choice. I kept apologizing to him for asking a lot of questions and taking (what I thought) was a lot of his time but he never rushed me and let me make my decision at my own pace.
