Derek is a sincere sales, doesn't play games We never thought that we would own a Mazda until we walked into this dealership. We were there checking out the CX-9 because of the good reviews on the vehicle online as we shop for a 3-row SUV. We weren't planning on speaking to anyone, but the display vehicle got us interested. Derek walked up to greet us as they saw us checking out the car, he pulled a vehicle on the lot for us to test drive it right away to get a feel before we talked about anything else. We liked how the car drives, and we told him our budget. He went to get the numbers back, but it was still far from our expectation, he then explained to us from his expertise with this car compare to all other comparable models in the same class, but told us he is willing to work on the numbers, while being honest on how much he really could do. His manager George was also very sincere, they were able to come down on the numbers to meet us at the happy medium. Derek is a sincere sales, no fancy words, straight to the point, just does his job to get the transaction done. We are pleased with the experience and would recommend it to our friends. More
