Warranty extension My cx-9 needed service due to brake issue which was part of a warranty extension. The repair took three days. I was not provided a loaner car. The r My cx-9 needed service due to brake issue which was part of a warranty extension. The repair took three days. I was not provided a loaner car. The repair was done at no charge. However, when the car was returned the brakes were not working properly and it was difficult to start. When I called to bring the car back, I was told there were no appointments for five days. When I left a message for the service technician, my call was not returned for the entire day. When I took the car back, I was told I needed front brakes and a new battery and that I should have been notified about the brakes when I picked up the car the first time-which I was not. The additional repairs were $500. Sherri in the service department was very helpful. More

I visit I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2014 Mazda CX-5 at Garden City Mazda. I searched their online inventory and found a car I liked. I visited the dealership and was immediately impressed with the kindness and generosity of product specialist, Phil Tochterman. He introduced me to Vincent Ferrera, the pre-owned sales director, and I received direct and helpful support. The Garden City staff was generous, non-pushy, and available to answer all questions. When I came time to sign paperwork, Eddie Pinero was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the process tool longer than expected and both Phil and Eddie stayed well beyond their working hours on a Saturday to complete the transaction. We walked away with our new CX-5 that night! A few weeks later I returned to Garden City to have the Navigation unit installed. Hector Gonzalez was enthusiastic and supportive. He processed my request quickly and had me out of the service department in a surprisingly short amount of time. All in all, I had an excellent experience at Garden City! Thank you! More
