George was very thorough and gave me an excellent price and explained all the features and showed me how to work the new safety features. A very nice man with a great personality. Then he introduced me to Neil Matos, the Business Manager who is very professional and very nice and patient. I m glad I got the Madza Service Agreement which is great. They both treated me with respect and mind you, it was Good Friday and they stayed late so I can get my new car. Very happy and satisfied. Thank you George and Neil for a wonderful experience. Financing /Unproffesional Went in with Tru Car quote for Mazda 6 , went over financing requirements with salesperson, wrote up the deal , gave deposit and passed me along to th Went in with Tru Car quote for Mazda 6 , went over financing requirements with salesperson, wrote up the deal , gave deposit and passed me along to the finance manager. Came back with a quote almost $200.00 above the numbers I reviewed with salesperson. Told him rate was to high, shook my hand and said he would take care of refund. Did not attempt to try other financing options, different model options , just said goodbye. As of this writing 3/30/2015 I am still waiting for my deposit to be credited. Went to other dealership for Chrysler , around same price car , financing worked out a good deal after trying multiple options, and I am not driving a new car. What a difference a dedicated financing specialist can make. Terrible experience, would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless they were paying cash and did their homework on pricing. More

DO NOT TRUST GARDEN CITY MAZDA I went in to trade in my old 2012 CX-9 for a new 2015. We discussed and they had faxed over a quote for a specific car with a specific vin #. after si I went in to trade in my old 2012 CX-9 for a new 2015. We discussed and they had faxed over a quote for a specific car with a specific vin #. after signing the papers (2hrs later) they said the ordered car was ready. Upon entering the car I noticed immediatly that the leather seats were not all leather like my last car. They were leather and suede with red stitching. Not what we agreed on. The car locks did not open when the car was shut off, a feature they said they had corrected for me. The (supposably) new car had 140 miles on it. I don't consider that new I consider that a demo. The car they promised me and assured me was the same vin # before I signed the papers and was $3000 more than the price of the car they gave me. So in essence they did a bait and switch on me. I immediately told the sales manager Mike, I don't want this car, I wanted the one I had ordered. I told him I wanted to pick up the old car which was still on lease and to get me the right car. He told me on a 3 way corporate recorded call that he had sold it. Another lie, in a matter of hours you sold my car when you knew I didn't want this car. All attempts to rectify this situation have met with nothing but delays and stall tactics by Mr. D'Andrea. I would not recommend, trust or ever deal with this unscrupulous car dealership again. More

No wasted time at all, quick response on any question or request and an excellent deal which I cant be happier about. We took care of most of the paperwork before going into the dealer to pick up the car and when we came in the entire ordeal literally took less than half an hour. I really wanted this mazda and was worried that the dealer experience might have me strung out but that didnt happen at all. Cesar was very fair and incredibly diligent even after we purchased to car to fulfill any requests we had. Im very lucky to have had such a great experience. PS I did look around at other dealers and this one worked best for me from all points of view. More

When I walked into GC Mazda, I was immediately treated with respect, my questions were answered quickly and I was given a written proposal with ALL of the terms I had requested written on it (not some magical number vaguely handwritten on scratch pad like every other dealership). That number was then, actually the number I ended up paying for my new vehicle - not with some mystery "Fees" or "Taxes" added to it. Steve was professional, and helpful - and what's more, when we met the sales manager - he was professional too. A pleasant surprise. I'd strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
