I came in with very specific requirements such as manual transmission only, Mazda 6, Soul Red, fog lights, rear deck lid spoiler etc. He quickly found the car that met my needs. Moreover, once I decided on the car, his communication was exceptional. I am an operating room nurse and I can never answer the phone on the job. He quickly determined that e-mail was the best means of communication and provided very detailed information throughout the week in order to process the transaction as seamlessly as possible. Out of the gate, George’s friendly and “no pressure” approach made me feel comfortable to ask the sort of questions that most buyers hold off until negotiation. After the call, George conducted an exhaustive search to locate a vehicle of my liking. Who made me feel comfortable with the entire process even as far as educating me a bit in the car business. As I explained to William for my deal to work I would have to repair my Nissan Altima prior to returning it to Nissan . The service manager was extremely helpful and gave me a very fair deal. This was crucial for my deal to work out with Mazda. Eddie pinero finished my deal also taking a personal interest in making my deal work out . Our previous car was a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5SL which was a lease, we had a short time frame to choose a new car due to us reaching our miles. I started a new job which forced me to drive far distances and I knew financing was the way to go. We were very indecisive with which car company we would go to, Nissan was not accommodating to our needs even though we financed and leased two cars from them. We decided to check out different brands. First, we went to Honda, which we liked but for the price we did not receive a lot of options. Then we did our research and decided we really liked the Mazda6. We went to two other dealerships and their customer service was so horrible. We explained to them what we wanted and they told us we couldn't afford it, how would they know we couldn't afford it without any of our information. We went to Garden City Mazda and was greeted by Cesar who was from the jump very calm, friendly, easy going, professional, and accommodating. He wanted to make us happy and get us the car we want. We went in on 11/6 and returned 11/8 to close the deal. Cesar also gave us a great deal, we purchased the 2015 Mazda6 Touring. On 11/08 we also met with Eddie who was very knowledgeable and friendly, He explained all aspects of our finance terms and answered any questions that we had.
