Met with Cesar and he was by far the nicest and most knowledgable car salesman we have ever met. We were so defensive and skeptical at first because we've had horrible experiences before (Paragon Honda) and even with Infiniti of Manhattan. The finance guys are always trying to stick you with xx charges on your bill right before you sign on he dotted line. But not this time...Cesar was so honest and straightforward from the beginning. When we test drove with him and asked questions he knew every single feature and that was so impressive! He was never pushy or pressuring us to make a deal. Seriously can't say enough good things about him. Oh and the car! We love it and drives great and we are happy. Excellent gas mileage safe and plenty of room for our 17 month old baby boy and all his gear. More

Great Salesman I actually did not wind up buying a car but it was not because of Mazda. Great experience from beginning to end My experience with Garden City Mazda was exceptional from the moment I walked into the showroom until the minute I drove out with my new Mazda Miata. My experience with Garden City Mazda was exceptional from the moment I walked into the showroom until the minute I drove out with my new Mazda Miata. As a matter of fact, it was great way after that. Luis Espinal is the salesperson who helped me and I have nothing but great praise for him. Luis was friendly and professional and he really knew the product he was selling. He made me feel comfortable and very confident in my choice of car. The particular vehicle I wanted was not in stock, but Luis assured me he could locate one which he did in a very timely manner. I've worked in new car dealerships and I have to say that Garden City Mazda's staff goes above and beyond what most do. Once we decided on the exact car, Luis went to manager, Francisco Espinal to work out a lease agreement that I would be comfortable with. I was very pleased with the outcome. When I came to pick up my new Miata, Raydennisse greeted me. She, also, was very pleasant and professional and definitely knew her stuff. She went over the details of the car, she explained the warranty, servicing, and gave me some tips about the Miata Club and how to get information on line. She then proceeded to take me to the service department introduce me to Ceasar and Michael. (Hope I got their names right, I was very excited at the time) I really thought that was an extra special touch. The men in the service department were so nice that I'm looking forward to bringing my car in for service. Luis then took me to my brand new car. It was indoors because of the torrential rain that day. He took the time to go over all the features and answer all my questions. Luis was very patient and didn't make me feel like an idiot when he had to over and over a few things. I really felt like I knew my car when we were done. When we were done, Luis introduced me to finance manager Eduard Pinero. Like everyone I dealt with Eduard was also friendly and professional. He explained and offered extended warranties and some extras. He was efficient and thorough and a pleasure to work with. I signed the papers and after some nice chit chat I was on my way. I was handed back over to Luis and he brought me to my car. I was ready to go with a full tank of gas. The weather was really bad that day and Luis said he'd call to make sure everything was ok which he did. As a matter of fact we've been in touch since then. Luis was available to answer some questions I had and was still friendly and very helpful even after the deal was signed, sealed, and delivered. Everyone I worked with is a credit to the dealership. I would recommend Garden City Mazda to anyone and everyone with no reservations. Keep up the good work. More

Henry, my sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made my buying experience hassle free. I told him the exact make, model, and color that I wanted, and Henry jumped through tons of hoops to find me my car (they had to drive it to NY from Delaware). I did my research, and I know how few of those dark blue hatchback s touring models are out there, and Henry made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Tina, who helped me out with the insurance, was also extremely friendly, and helped me save 500 bucks on my insurance a year!! Great dealership all around. More
