Great dealership. This is my second new Mazda I've purchased from this dealership. My first was a 2010 Mazda 3 and I have now traded this vehicle in for a new 2015 CX-5 This is my second new Mazda I've purchased from this dealership. My first was a 2010 Mazda 3 and I have now traded this vehicle in for a new 2015 CX-5. The sales team , in particular Josh, was professional, friendly and very flexible in giving me the best possible terms for trading in my old car as well as purchasing the new one. I would highly recommend purchasing your next Mazda from these people. In addition, the service department is very capable and amenable. More

First Time Buyer - Great Experience I walked in on a Friday hoping to leave with a car but expected to get some bad news because I am young with a limited credit history and assumed the I walked in on a Friday hoping to leave with a car but expected to get some bad news because I am young with a limited credit history and assumed the vehicle I wanted would be too expensive and if I wanted to get a car I would need to get the lowest base model. However with Henry's help I was able to get exactly what I wanted in terms of the exact model (Mazda 3 I Touring 4 dr Grey). Not only did I get the exact car I wanted, I was able to pick it up Sunday morning because it was delivered on Saturday. I was incredibly surprised with how helpful he was because I have gotten the run-around from car dealerships before because of my age and limited credit history(eg: needing a co-signer or needing to put down an exorbitant cash deposit) and I would recommend Henry and Garden City Mazda to anybody! 10/10 More

Great Experience The experience was great. The car was for my daughter and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable driving and operating navigating the ve The experience was great. Initial trip to dealership to explore the car, to the actual purchase visit was approximately 1 week (and only 2 total visits). They were not aggressive, we mutually agreed on a price, without the annoying haggling that typically goes on, and that price was fair. Josh and George were very professional. They delivered exactly what I wanted. No surprises, exceeded expectations. The experience at delivery was outstanding, and didn't include any after market sales propaganda, or pressures to buy warranties, etc... I own a late model BMW and GMC Acadia, and would highly recommend them and Mazda. More

Phil Tochterman told me he would help I was interested in leasing A CX-5 G.T. Phil was a pleasure to talk with answered my questions Went for a test ride with Phil explaining and showing me the features. Sat down told him if he threw in A hitch and remote starter He had a sale. The mgr tried to tell me that it would take 2 hrs labor to install the hitch and an additional z2 hrs labor for the remote starter.. Didn't like how he came off,told him to keep it. I wound up getting the remote throw in. Test ride on a Sunday left a deposit was expecting to pick it up onThursday received a call Monday that I could pick it up on Tuesday, was expecting a 2014 was surprised when Phil showed me the sticker for a 2015..Painless experience for the most part. Both James and Phil were a pleasure to deal with. More

I would imagine that there are good salesmen out there who cross that finish line of closing the same and once that point has been reached, they take their foot off the gas -- but not Josh. He spent as much time as my wife and I wanted/needed to go over all aspects of our new purchase. He took us around and introduced us cordially and formally to the service team. He really ended up making us feel like we made the right decision by choosing GC Mazda -- and Josh. My time with Anthony was brief. No upsell, no hard pitch. I have been struggling and in need of a car for awhile and I have went to numerous dealers looking for the best deal because I cant stress enough how difficult it is being a single mother. I came in on a specific budget and told them exactly what i wanted. Raydenisse is by far the best sales manager in there and she doesn't lie when she tells you that she can work out a deal for any car you want for the price you can afford. My credit wasn't to great and i was looking for an approval on the GT 2015 Mazda6. While i am waiting for an answer from the bank David Del Vecchio was the absolute best to me and my daughter. He treated us as if we were his kids and made sure that we were attended to. Not to mention i wanted to trade in a car that wasn't even worth 200.00 and he offered to buy it for 562.00 more than what i can ever get for it just so that it can help me on taking home my DREAM CAR. I was so amazed with the generosity of this staff. As i said i been to numerous dealers and i knew the second i walked in i was going to leave with a car. So after just of a couple of hours waiting for a response I was called in to the finance managers office and was told NO!!! I couldn't take home my car because the bank could not approve my application but he would let me know a definite answer on Monday. My heart was shattered and i knew I couldn't help but cry. As im walking out with my head down David looks at me and asks me whats wrong? I cried and said I cant get my car and he said NO stop crying me and George Schultheis are going to help you. George was so amazing and he was so confident that he can do this and he assured me that they were not going to give up . George / Raydenisse & David all assured me that i will not leave without a car. The banks were closing so they werent to sure if it would go through. But after 2 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!! they clapped and told me i can take my car home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was such a great experience and i would suggest that anyone who is looking to purchase a car should come here. Not to mention all the packages and specs of 2015 Mazda for such a great and low price.
