What can you say about people who understand that your time is valuable. When you make an appointment with GC Mazda service they keep it, and whats more, when they say 1 hour it is one hour unless there time is valuable. Its nice to work with a dealership's service staff that understands that no one likes sitting around for hours, especially when you only have that day to run the other errands you have. Always a smile and a friendly voice whether in person or on the phone they understand the value in customer service. More
We came to Garden City Mazda to for an oil change and Fall Service on our CX5. Henry came up to us, asked if we were in the market for a new or used car, lease or purchase and then showed us the differences between the two sedans that Mazda offered. He was patient with all our questions and when through all the features of both the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 and the various packages Touring to Grand Touring. When we made our decision, Henry made sure that we did not leave the lot until all the features were explained and all the buttons were reviewed. I even learned several things that I didn't know that were also features on my current CX5. Henry defines customer service making sure he spent the time with us to make sure that we understood the car, the options offered, the differences between a purchase and lease. Without question a great experience and one I would definitely recommend to others. The purchase of a vehicle is not the purchase of a pair of shoes, its not as if you can walk out and change your mind after a few days. Henry helped me make an informed decision, one I know I will not be disappointed with. Thanks Henry.!!!! More

I shopped extensively for my Mazda CX-5, having visited the Garden City dealership for my test drive and initial car review. My intension was to purchase the Rav-4 and I only stopped at this dealership because it was right down the road from the Toyota dealer. I priced the vehicle at 10 other Mazda Dealerships using the Internet Sales Departments, and Garden City remained true to their word to give me the best price. They made it simple, with no surprise or hidden fees to deal with at the point of purchase. In addition to price, I found everyone I dealt with at the dealership to be friendly, well educated on the product they were selling, and interested in my concerns. In particular, Raydenise was a true professional, knew her product, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was available in time for my daughter's 21st Birthday. I would highly recommend this dealership as there was nothing negative to report in terms of the overall experience. It speaks volumes when you're able to reflect on a car buying experience and conclude that everything about this experience was perfect :). So, well done Garden City Mazda. You guys know how to treat a customer right and go the extra yard where customer service and satisfaction are concerned. Thank you! More
Cesar did not forget how interested he got us in a Mazda CX5 when we saw him in August. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to make a decision we were not prepared to make. He followed up with a call where we gave him somewhat bad news, that we had moved off the top model to a lower model. He called again to tell us about a promotion; we still were not ready. By the way, as often as Cesar called, we did not find his calls intrusive. He had built a level of trust with us that we felt a call came from a salesperson who was motivated, of course, by a sale but not a sale at any cost. Finally, Cesar made the call at the right time. He stayed overtime with us and made several accommodations on a Sunday evening to convince us that this was the car-- the high end CX5-- and he was the salesman. He kept us in the loop as we awaited the arrival of the car, and, notably, he suggested we pick up the car a day early as a snow storm was anticipated for the scheduled pick up day. Very thoughtful. On pick up day, Cesar went over the manual, introduced us to the Service Manager, and showed us the car's features. He would not let us drive off until he set up a radio station and established Bluetooth contact and reminded us that he was just a phone call away on any matter relating to the car and the process. Give this man a raise! Ed is a true gentleman. He covered the appropriate paperwork at a pace suited to our needs and presented us with options to consider for getting the best value out of the car. No pressure but effective in establishing a trusting relationship. More

My wife and I had a fantastic time buying my 2013 Mazda3 car at Garden City(GC) Mazda. We started searching on internet and found good reviews on internet. Right from the first phone call till we purchased car at Garden City(GC) Mazda. We started searching on internet and found good reviews on internet. Right from the first phone call till we purchased the vehicle, we were never misguided. I have to say this because, we initially fell for the dirty marketing gimmicks from few other dealerships. The trick is to put in all possible discounts and make the customer come to the showroom and then later remove most of the discounts. Most often, these dealerships wouldn't even have the vehicle in their stock. We talked to 3 sales people at GC Mazda and all of them were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Mr. James was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and answered to all our questions over multiple phone calls, until we decided to visit their shop. Once we visited the shop, Miss Raydenisse did a great job in showing different car models. She never pushed us to buy, but did all the talking to showcase the rich set of features in Mazda3. When it was time to settle the deal, the manager, Mr. Francisco stepped in to make the entire transaction as smooth as possible. He worked for our plans. He literally sat with us for an hour to explain multiple options and I can just say that his technically sound and charismatic presence makes him one of the best deal closers! After having experienced some really weird sales people at other dealerships, GC Mazda was refreshingly good and it was very pleasing to see honest people around! The only bitter experience was with the financing officer (Mr. Anthony Antonetti). After all the deal was done, the financing officer took us for one xxxx of a ride. He was so stubborn and pathetic that we almost felt like walking away from the deal until Francisco walked in to calm down the nerves! Firstly, the rude officer told us that he has 30 years experience and that we should blindly sign to whatever document he showed us, without understanding the calculations behind the numbers. He didn't even give us a minute to talk and told us that we cannot ask him any questions because he believed in his intelligence and his system more than anybody. Makes no sense, does it? He kept talking in high voice and even walked out of the room so rudely. I don't question his business intelligence, but his unwillingness to listen to a customer earns him a BIG 0 and a boo from us. Will highly recommend this place to other buyers but feel free to ask for a different financing officer, in case you come across the irritating officer that we came across. More

All three gentlemen were very courteous and professional. Although I believe the Mazda 6 sells itself these men did not take that for granted. The manager Mike D'Andrea followed up with a call to see if I had any concerns and to confirm my pick up date for the vehicle and when it arrived Ed Pinero when over all terms of the lease with me. The price quote was the price payed. I was a pleasant experience without high pressure sales and haggling about price. More
