I bought extended warranty for my mazda from them. I sold the car and went to dealer to cancel policy on january 2. They didn't fax my cancellation form to warranty provider until march 3. during that time I the car and went to dealer to cancel policy on january 2. They didn't fax my cancellation form to warranty provider until march 3. during that time I made many calls. Usually I was told that Connie is not available or she's busy. She didn't return my calls when I left a message. On march 3 I emailed Zurich to cancel my policy. After few days I received letter from them saying that they canceled my policy and I should receive refund from Garden City Mazda, about $2143. Today march 15 I received check from mazda for $494. I called them again to find out whats going on and as usual Connie is not available and manager is busy. More

I went in for my first service appointment and was pleasently surprised to see that there was no fee for the service. In addition. they noticed a scratch on the car, and polished the scratch off and pleasently surprised to see that there was no fee for the service. We visited Garden City Mazda after researching and getting prices from other Mazda dealers in the area for the car we wanted. Mike Tino greeted us instantly and was eager to answer any and all questi getting prices from other Mazda dealers in the area for the car we wanted. Mike Tino greeted us instantly and was eager to answer any and all questions we had about the vehicle itself in a manner that was not at all pushy or overbearing. His neatly organized desk instantly sent me the message that this was a salesman who knew what he was doing. No fumbling for papers, brochures or information. Mike was able to find us the car we wanted even though he had to secure it from another dealership over 200 miles away. With the backing of management, he was then not only able to match but also BEAT the price we were given from another dealer. He even was able to get us a vehicle with an extra feature that we initially didn't want but ended up loving (a spoiler) for that very same lower price. It was like getting free toppings on an already delicious sundae. After carefully explaining exactly what we needed regarding insurance and payment, Mike was able to put us in our car within 48 hours. Upon delivery, Mike allowed us ample time to carefully inspect the car to our satisfaction. He then took us on a guided tour of the dealership, introducing us to key personnel in the service department and even taking the time to personally arrange our first complimentary oil change. He then walked us through all of the necessary paperwork, taking the appropriate time to explain each item we were signing before moving on to the next. After all the paperwork was concluded, he escorted us out to our new vehicle. Mike sat with us in the car and showed us each of the features and how to use them. His knowledge and faith in the quality of the car we had just purchased was obvious. While he explained each step, he even took the time to sync my son's cell phone with the blue tooth feature in the car. Lastly, Mike urged us to please not hesitate to contact him should we come up with any questions or ever have any problems. As we drove away, we were left with the feeling that we had made an excellent deal on a superb vehicle and that we would not be forgotten the minute we drove our new car off the lot. In the future, if I come across any friends or family that are even mildly interested in a Mazda vehicle, I will immediately recommend that they visit Garden City Mazda and that they specifically ask for Michael Tino.
