George Schultheis was great he went above and beyond to help us. We went on a Sunday and the office was closed but he was just walking out ready to leave and he stopped and kindly asked if we had any quest help us. He gave me the same car with more in it for less money then the previous dealer I had gone to (It pays to shop around). he also took time out on his day off to pick us up so I could get my new car. I will keep doing business in the future with him and his dealership as I found them to be very honest and trustworthy. My experience was absolutely great, my sales rep Cesar was informative, direct and honest. The finance department is one of the best I have ever worked with, they were able to custom tailor a package that was informative, direct and honest. The finance department is one of the best I have ever worked with, they were able to custom tailor a package that was acceptable, met my requiements and in the end it was a very good deal for both of us...I have never participated in a customer survey but felt compelled because this dealership can provide a lot of examples to others on how to sell and ultimately make a deal come together where the buyer feels good about the expereince, the financing and most importantly thier new car. So it is with respect and gratitude that I am happy to share my expereince, especially being a disbaled veteran who feels really good about the purchase a month after the sale. I thought Joe and Dan were amazing! They came through with awesome prices! Dan was very patient with all the emails that went back and forth but I'm glad we ended up choosing Garden City Mazda.
