Brandon is the best salesman! I really enjoyed the purchasing process with Brandon. He was an awesome salesman and treated me how a customer buying an investment should. I actually was introduced to Brandon after a very confrontational experience with another salesman. When I first arrived at the dealership, a first salesman (I cannot remember his name - but IT WAS NOT BRANDON) aggressively greeted me and my family. I brushed off the first impression he left on me and told him what I was interested in purchasing. I was debating between the Hyundai Sonata Limited and Sport 2.0T. I researched both cars extensively before my visit to the dealer, however I was unsure of which car I was interested in purchasing as they have completely different engines and features. When I asked if I could test drive both, the salesman disregarded my interest. He only wanted me to test drive the limited, as the Sport 2.0T was not on the lot. He told me that they would only bring the 2.0T to the dealer if we agreed on the price. I knew this is not standard protocol as per my previous vehicle purchases. When we were walking back to the sales floor from the parking lot, I was asking the salesman questions about either car, which he incorrectly answered a majority of. I respectfully informed him that his answers were incorrect, to which he replied in a very threatening tone. As I felt threatened, I asked to speak to his sales manager to which he confronted me with hostile anger. Rightfully, I walked away and asked someone else to get me a manager or another salesman to help me with a purchase. The initial salesman nearly drove me away from making a purchase that day. If a customer is ready to purchase a $30k car, the salesman should be respecting his questions and requests. I hope action is taken so that no other customer never has to experience the same ruthless and violent demeanor that I have regretfully had to face. I am glad to have come across Brandon after the horrific experience I had. He correctly answered all vehicle related questions and worked hard to make sure I was able to completely experience both vehicles before I made a decision. Brandon truly is a professional, and his calm demeanor is admirable - he truly has successful potential as a salesman. More
