I have a 2025 Ioniq that I purchased here and I recently had my first service. The purchase process and the service both went well and I appreciated the efforts by the staff to move things as quickly as possible.

I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

I didn't like that they tried to get in a higher price and play the game of pricing war of how much they would give for my car. When I asked the manager of why they just give the higher price on my trade in to begin with. Answer because some people will take the lower price.

Norman was great! He had a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor that made the day spent at the dealership easier. The staff is overall very kind and helpful. The only downside is how long it takes to leave with a new car. I am not sure if that's out of their control or not, but it would be nice if getting things finalized didn't take as long as it does. Otherwise, the experience is great at Carson Hyundai. I've been a loyal customer for the past decade. Currently on my 4th lease with them. 12 years strong!

I had a great buying experience here and truly loved my Tucson until a few recent service issues. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. First, my car was kept for 3 weeks after they said it would only be 2 weeks. They found another issue the day I was supposed to pick it up. I was without a vehicle during this entire time and was told that no loaner service was available. That is crazy that they provide no options when your car is in service that long... Second, while I was told they would "see what they could do," the only accommodation offered was a small discount on an oil change and even then, my window sticker was not updated when I picked up the vehicle. Lastly, although the dealership offers a car wash, my vehicle was returned extremely dirty. There were visible spider webs and a heavy layer of dirt throughout the exterior, which was especially frustrating after such a long wait. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years, so this lack of care, service and attention to detail was very disappointing.
