ORIGINAL - Wanted to give a higher review due to the quick response but too many issues came up with my new car purchase. 1. Dealership wanted me to come in on a Monday (day 1 of contact) 2. Came in to sign paperwork and pick up car on Tuesday (day 2) and the car was not on site yet and would not be delivered until Thursday (day 4) 3. Thursday came and went with delivery now scheduled for Friday (day 5) 4. On Friday (day 5), although delivery of new vehicle was promised, or a loaner car, I received a call that the vehicle would not be delivered for a few more weeks and a loaner was not available/offered. To their benefit they did find me an alternate vehicle from a different dealer, but I was going to be charged extra for options I did nor want. 5. I finally received a vehicle on Saturday (day 6) and it was delivered with left over trash in the vehicle. Pros: Quick and consistent communication Found an alternate vehicle that met my needs Delivered the new car to my residence Cons: Tried to make a 1 day deal for a car they didn't even have Didn't give me a loaner car as promised once the new car delivery was delayed Tried to blame me for them finding a more expensive car when the original car was not available Did not give me a free oil change as promised left trash from manufacturer delivery in the vehicle once delivered to me More
