We visited this dealership with the intention on purchasing a car for our son. Needless to say we did not make the purchase. The general manager reached out to us regarding our experience. The f purchasing a car for our son. Needless to say we did not make the purchase. The general manager reached out to us regarding our experience. The following was our experience/response to him. It has been over two weeks and he has yet to respond to me. “Thank you for reaching out. I am very disappointed in the experience that we had at your dealership. Your sales rep was very courteous so this isn't really about him, instead it is about what I perceive as deceptive pricing by your dealership. We found a 2017 white Kia optima on your website listed at $14,000. This was a very enticing price so I sent an email to inquire as to the final price of the car. I was told by One of your reps that there were $3980 hundred dollars worth of dealer add ons but that I should come in because they were negotiable. My husband and I came in and offered up to $17,000 for the car which was only about $1,000 less than the price listed plus the add ons, most of which we had no actual interest in. We were ready to walk out the door that day but your "management" insisted that we purchase either a warranty or service contract in order to sale us the vehicle at $17980. This is very deceptive! If the only way you are willing to sell the vehicle is for a min of $19000+ then that is the price that you should advertise. I understand the process of buying a vehicle at a dealership. It is not one that I like. I would much rather you be upfront about the actual cost of the car and let me decide right away if I am still interested than have you waste my valuable time. It is unfortunate that we had such an experience because we were very interested in the vehicle and you could have made a sale immediately. Said vehicle has been in your inventory since October, which is why I assume you have reduced the pricing several times and also taken a couple of attempts at increasing it but instead of making a sale and gaining a possible repeat customer your employees and/or manager decided to hold on to the vehicle. You mention that one of your goals is to have your customer experience be hassle free. This was anything but that. As a result your company has not only lost a customer but you have also lost one of the biggest sales and marketing advantages, which is word of mouth referrals. I will post my experience on social media and I hope the next person who visits your dealership has a better experience.” Again, no response from the dealership. So be cautious if you are planning to purchase a vehicle based on their “advertised pricing”. More
Very unprofessional my appointment started off great until they started coming up with extra unknown fees that were not included in the asking price online then tried to say it was a “dealership package until they started coming up with extra unknown fees that were not included in the asking price online then tried to say it was a “dealership package”. I was disappointed in the low quality of service provided during my last visit. After receiving service my vehicle was returned to me filthy from grease and dust while it stayed at the shop. I was told to pi during my last visit. After receiving service my vehicle was returned to me filthy from grease and dust while it stayed at the shop. This dealership is OVERCHARGING and are ABSOULTELY NON-RESPONSIVE to CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS Took my ELECTRIC IONIQUE 2019 there for service. 1. They did not give me an estimate when I dropped the NON-RESPONSIVE to CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS Took my ELECTRIC IONIQUE 2019 there for service. 1. They did not give me an estimate when I dropped the car. Said they will call with one. Never did. 2. Told me car will be ready in 2 days because they needed parts for re-calls. When I called back in 2 days I was told they don't have the car...service rep asked me twice if I was sure I dropped the car with them because he was not finding it in their system. Took them half a day to find it ...in their own parking lot. 3. When I finally picked up the car after 3 days, they gave me a bill for $500. The bill was NOT ITEMIZED. I asked for an itemized bill. Was told they don't have one. Initially I was told the service only involves replacing the battery coolant, cabin air filter replacement and tire rotation. I have had major service done on ICE cars (involving engine and transmission oil changes plus filters) for less than that. 4. One of the services "performed" was tire inspection and rotation. The next morning after I picked up my car from them , when I started driving the CHECK TIRE light came on. When I checked the tire pressure, ALL TIRES WERE LOW BY 6 PSI or more. They obviously never inspected the tire pressure. 5. Asked to speak with Kevin, the service assistant who was responsible for the car, in order to get an itemized bill. TWO weeks have gone by...no response from Kevin After one week I called the dealership and asked to talk to the GM. Another week went by, still no contact from them. I called a couple other dealerships, and was quoted $210 for this service. More

This service dept is one of the most unpleasant & overcharging dealerships I visited for my Hyundai's over the years. Not honoring the service coupon it sent & charging for twice the number of hours overcharging dealerships I visited for my Hyundai's over the years. Not honoring the service coupon it sent & charging for twice the number of hours for services while the vehicle was in for a few hours. I even started suspecting if the actually performed the work listed on the invoice. It is totally different experience from that at Northern CA dealers where I moved from. I would consider going to another location. More
They will overcharge you! Took in for oil change they said I needed 60K service which would cost $2600 to do. Thought that sounded way to high, HB dealership did it for $500. When I said no to the $260 said I needed 60K service which would cost $2600 to do. Thought that sounded way to high, HB dealership did it for $500. When I said no to the $2600 the service person was rude. I wanted to talk to manager about trying to be overcharged by so much, but he was too busy to talk to me and never returned any of my phone calls. This dealership will rip you off! Be careful of them scamming you! More
Zero STAR! I went to service department for my Santa Fe 2015 engine noise and oil consumption at 9:30 am on 4/6/21. My service adviser, Norma told me the technician needs time to find out the problem, and 2015 engine noise and oil consumption at 9:30 am on 4/6/21. My service adviser, Norma told me the technician needs time to find out the problem, and I just came back home. She called me around 6 pm and gave information that my car's engine cilinder head should be replaced. She told me that the reapir service will be covered by warranty and taken about 1~2 weeks since it is major job. She said the dealer does not have any available rent car. OK. I undersood it was already 6 pm. No problem. Next day (4/7/21), I and my wife called to the service department around 11am~12pm. We talked to Norma (my serivce adviser), David (service manager) we rellay need a rent car for work and my kids riding. They said the rent car is still unavailalbe, but the car will be available late afternoon or tomorrow. On 4/8/21, the rent car was still unavailable. I went to service depratment and pick up my Santa Fe (still has engine problem) for my work and kids riding. I requested to Norma that give me a call whenever the rent car is available. She mentiend that the rent car will be prepared by tomorrow at least. Now, today, 4:25pm 4/9/21, the rent car is still unavailable. I contacted Norma and rent department. Nobody knows when the rent car will be available. I have three Hyundai cars (Elantra 2012, Santa Fe 2015, Sonata 2018). I like Hyundai and my cars. I strongly believe Hyundai cars' quality are getting better everyday, However, this dealer service is getting worse (I used this dealer service since 2012). I accept and understand that any car has problem whether is majer or minor job. But this dealer's service unacceptable. I do not think they can finish this engine repair in two weeks. Probably, this service will be my last one in this dealer. [Update] I scored 0 star for this dealer service on 4/9/21. The general manager (I am sorry but I cannot remember his name) called me around 6:50 pm on 4/9/21 Friday to follow up my survey score. He promised that the rent car will be prepared by 10 am on 4/10/21. After the phone conversation with him, Norma (my service advisor) also called and told me that the rent car will be prepared and the rent department will call me around 10 am on 4/10/21. But.... today is 4/12/21 (10:31am). The rent car is still not available. I left a message and my phone number to Norma around 9:07 am. No return call yet. No car yet. I do know what I have to do. Maybe I should go another dealer for my repair service. More
