returning a car I had leases a car here 3 years ago. After the last payment, I visited this dealership to return my car. But I could not returned my car. They said I should make an appointment with Hyundai Finance inspector myself in advance. It is ridiculous. I had a very very bad experience. They might refuse to receive the return car because I would not buy or lease Hyundai car again even if I leased my car in this dealership. So I visited Huntington Beach dealership and there was no problem to return the car at all. I asked them "Should I make an appointment with an inspector myself ahead?" They said no I need not. I do not recommend this dealership. They are not kind. They are rude. I won't never visit this dealership. More

Usually dealers will at least come down with an insulting 2-500 bucks off. This one didn't. Said their online price is the price. This one is like Carmax, and look how well their reputation is climbing. Didn't care to hear what we'd be willing to pay. Stay away from Sales Manager Larry! He was dry, bland, cold and calculated. Almost robot like. One good thing to note was Brenda the sales girl was very nice and friendly, but Felt like Larry wanted us out of there ASAP. Only reason why I stopped by was because Cole, who was just a parts guy I guess, said my appearance would be my leverage on getting a better price. Wrong! Larry saw to that. It's a good thing we had other places to shop. As I'm sure most of you will as well. Please do and skip this place. It's what they want, because they sure as xxxx didn't want any sales that evening. It was made clear that I would be travelling 2.5hrs to the dealership and to expect no surprises. This was a Saturday. In the dealership, sales manager is brought over and states that the price that was confirmed by the salesperson did not include the accessories. During discussion, this sales manager acted very odd. When presenting me with papers to look at with his scribbles, he kept both his hands on it attempting to prevent me from showing it to a buddy of mine who was with me. This happened multiple times. I would move it towards my buddy, sales manager tightened his grip and would try to move it back. At the end of it, I maintained that the price verified with the salesperson should be honored. Sales manager refused, so we left the dealership. This sales manager needs some interpersonal communication training and formal counseling on scrupulous business practices. Also, the salespeople should not/cannot confirm any prices since apparently they hold no power. Overall, wasted an entire day. Avoid this dealership. More

Well I checked and it would lower my monthly cost by $1.18 wow. The other excuse they gave for the $997 price increase was everyone does it meaning other dealers. Be aware advertised price is $997 lower than actual price. If they were honest with their pricing no gimmets I would have bought the car. More

They lie to you to get you to come in then basically tell you to "xxxx off" when you get upset that they can't even come close to what they promised you through email AND on the phone. I was conned into driving down there from Glendale (at least 1.5 hour drive each way) because they told me they could give me the car I wanted at the price I asked for. After receiving an email that said "Yes, my boss said let's make a deal. When can you be here?" in response to all of the stipulations I had, I called this morning to confirm the details and that the car was in fact there. Upon arrival they couldn't even find the car and then found out that it had been sold two days prior. Then they tell me they can't giving me the price they told me through email and on the phone on another car because they were never able to do that price in the first place. I was suppose to go to another dealer further away that offered a slightly better deal, but not on the color I wanted which is why I called Garden Grove to make sure the deal was confirmed and the car available. So I drove down there TWICE to be screwed over and they didn't even have the decency to give me a gas card for my trouble since I wasted a lot of time and money getting to them just to be lied too and verbally offended (I do believe they treated me this way because I'm a woman). They also claim they have all 5 star reviews and are the #1 dealer in the area, LIES. Please read other recent reviews to know how truly awful they are.
