Great deal, excellent service I saw an ad for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata online and requested to receive the dealer's final price on it. Jose Rodriguez immediately reached out to arrang I saw an ad for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata online and requested to receive the dealer's final price on it. Jose Rodriguez immediately reached out to arrange a test drive and answer my (many) questions about the vehicle. He let me know that it isn't ready for a test drive that same day, but he would follow up with me when it is. Let me tell you, Jose Rodriguez did a stellar job with keeping me updated on the car every time something came up. 1) car is ready to test drive 2) arrange a time for me to come in. When I came in we hopped in and test drive, he was great in answering even more of my questions. I really loved the car and liked the competitive price (especially being a certified pre owned), so he eventually helped me finalize the deal. During the pricing aspect of the visit, there were a few bumps in the road, but that was due to me not being prepared for what interest rates are going at right now. Nevertheless, Jose helped me out and we agreed on a price and closed the deal. But it didn't stop there! My brothers car wouldn't start in the dealer's parking lot and Jose was eager to help, and he did! I don't feel like typing any more, but just know that if you walk into this dealer and Jose helps you out, you can rest assured that he will do a great job from beginning to end.... And even after! He's still arranging things for my newly purchased car to be 100%. He's great. Shout out to Sean for doing my paperwork, and Jerry for the great photo taking skills. More
