Came in for the complimentary first service for my leased Kia. Was assigned to Jacob who was unfriendly and abrupt when communicating. The service department was great and efficient. I was in for my initial service, but needed to drop it off early. They found a cancellation in the schedule and offered to do the service while I wai I was in for my initial service, but needed to drop it off early.
