An overall pleasant experience. I visited the dealership for regular maintenance on my 1 year old EV. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and I found the service area uncrowded. He didn't try to oversell me on unneeded maintenance, which is a rare thing thing. The waiting area has all the amenities. Coffee, chilled water, etc. I even munched on fresh popcorn as my car was being serviced. Jeremy was very attentive while I was waiting for my service to complete and he offered to charge my car after my service was completed. I left the dealership with 30% more charge than when I arrived. More
