Very disorganized . Kidan was very polite and accommodating. . I had set up an appt at 11 Abbey texted and said if we can come in at 1115 . I decided on an optimal plug in hybrid which they had none , and was told that they can get one over , but did not say we would wait a whole hour to find out our sales person actually had to pick it up. Abby would not tell me when he would be back . We were there at 11 and it was 240 in the afternoon . So I just left . I went to another dealer in cerritos and was able to test drive and look at at least 6 cars and finalize within 1.5 got a better deal and no haggling More
