Luis Mendoza, Alexis and Mike (manager) were the ones that helped with servicing my car, The service department staff is always friendly and helpful. Luis Mendoza, Alexis and Mike (manager) were the ones that helped with servicing my car, checked on the leaking coolant and oil that I recently noticed was happening to the car. Since the job was going to be longer than necessary to wait, they got me a loaner and I was able to go home. This was extremely helpful with my day (esp with the Covid-19 going on). Their office was very clean and they were constantly sanitizing desktops, pens, anything that was being touched. They also had sanitizer hand gel for their customers that went into their servicing office. Great service overall I felt like they went beyond what others what have done. We had a noise that we've had since getting brakes and rotors done from a family owned busine I felt like they went beyond what others what have done. We had a noise that we've had since getting brakes and rotors done from a family owned business. It's been 3-4 years having that noise and told Kia about it. They made sure it was taken care of after replacing both brakes. As a bonus, we were able to use a coupon that helped during these trying times. Thanks GG of Kia Service Dept!! More
