The Kia was a much better value than their competitors and the Forte GT-Line car we bought came with many more safety features than the competitors. Overall a great experience but need to do due diligence Estela was great throughout the whole process. Very supportive and quick to answer any questions. Almost, another $1k for something that is not being used. We did not have the option to decline and neither was it advertised in the price. Also do your due diligence and do not be afraid to ask questions when signing all the paperwork. We have bought dozens of cars so know what to look for (1st time purchasers may need to pay more attention - do due diligence). Overall, the value and service we received was great. I would recommend Kia of Garden Grove but again bring someone who is experienced or do due diligence. More
