Khristina was extremely friendly, kind and informative. I felt super comfortable with her, like she was providing honest (non car sales-y) info. There were only slight hiccups/discrepancies in pricing discussion and sometimes I felt like there was some frustration when I was asking questions/negotiating, which wasn't great. But other than that, my experience with Khristina was amazing. I know Andrea did a LOT of back end work for our deal as well and I'm grateful for that! More

Anthony Calabrese has worked really to get a good deal for me. He is very dedicated and constantly keep in touch with me even we haven't found the right one in the beginning. Really happy with CPO Kia Niro LX. I don't give this dealer a 5-stars because there has a bad experience with the paperworks in the end. If I didn't catch it then would cost me a lot more. Need to pay attention to all the details when doing paperwork and pricing. Bring a long a financial calculator or app on your phone to verify everything. More

Long Wait and Finance Issues After three and a half hours at this location, our paperwork was finally drawn up. I purchased my 2016 Kia that I had previously leased. Paul did not go over financing options with us and after such a grueling wait. I did not ask for details. I have excellent credit but ended up with a 5.9 percent finance charge and 6 more years of payments. 9 years of payment for a 17,000 car. Won't do that again! Billy did not show up on time for our appt. so James assisted us and was very professional. More
