I really enjoy this dealership, albeit a bit of a drive from where I’m located. However I can assure you that the drive was worth making. Right from the beginning, we were greeted by someone who helped us get in touch with a salesman and immediately brought out the car that I was interested in based on their online listing, 2024 Honda CRV dark navy blue with 9800 miles on it. The car was clean and ready to be test drove, which I was able to do so once it was pulled up. After the test drive, I’m very pleased when I brought up the talk of numbers the salesman wasted no time to sit down and speak with me about OTD pricing. At first it was a bit of struggle and back and forth between the salesman and then with the manager, but fortunately, we were both to reach an agreement on a price. I’m very happy to have brought my business to Gardena Honda dealership based on the respect of my time and efforts in purchasing my 2024 Honda CRV. If I ever am in a need of another car or if I know anybody, whether family, friend, coworker; I can say in confidence that I would recommend in conducting business at this dealership if they are ever in the market of purchasing a vehicle. He made me feel very special as if I was a priority. It didn’t matter whether I was looking for a new vehicle or a used one. He treated me with respect. Also, although I was at Gardena Honda for a couple of visits, I began to see that the staff members at Gardena Honda also shared the some of the same qualities as the person who sold me my beautiful new car! It seemed as though that the people who worked there not only helped their clients, but when necessary they all helped one another- truly a family, the Gardena Honda Family. While I was waiting for the last phase of purchasing my car at Gardena Honda, I have to say that I was pleasantly amazed. There was a state of the art coffee machine, and a wide screen T.V., and an eye-catching snack area. As if that wasn’t enough, I could see a couple local businesses offering those who were also waiting, samples of their cuisine. This tells me that Gardena Honda also definitely connects with other local businesses and their Southbay community. When I finally met with the finance representative, he was very professional, witty and kind. I was also impressed with his touch screen desk which not only makes it easier for employees, but also clients who may need an accommodation of a an enlarged screen to see the papers that they are signing. When I asked questions, he was polite and explained very clearly on a level that I could understand. As I was exiting the building to leave in my new car, I could see this beautiful gigantic red ribbon on top of it! That was so awesome!!! To my surprise, there was not only my salesperson present, but other ones as well all congratulating me and took pictures of me in front of my new vehicle!!! Wow, what an experience! I felt like I was in Hollywood on the red carpet! My overall experience at Gardena Honda was a very positive one. They made something that was very difficult for me so much easier.
